Founder David Grosso developed his expertise through years of hands-on work in new home construction, service plumbing, and investor-focused renovations. Working with homeowners, landlords, and business owners, he saw how the renovation industry often prioritized projects over people—leaving clients stressed, uncertain, and dealing with unexpected delays and costs.
Beyond the physical work, we saw a deeper issue: clients were left to figure things out on their own. Renovations are naturally complex, with unforeseen challenges and countless decisions to make. Yet, instead of guiding clients through the process, many contractors disappeared after signing the contract, offering little to no support, updates, or reassurance. Property owners needed a true partner—a company that would take the time to explain the process, manage expectations, and provide consistent communication from start to finish.
